Other Details to Note

Winter months will have a resort fee for pool warming. Cost is per night and if requested will apply to the entirely of your stay. Pool temps are set at 84 but other factors such as sun, rain, cloud cover and ambient air temperature can affect the operation of the warmer.

This is a great little place to just chill and relax. We enjoyed a birthday weekend with our adult kids. They were able to enjoy NSB and we relaxed by the pool! Thank you!

We truly had a great stay! What you see is exactly what you get, no hidden downfalls, everything worked and was as expected. Jake was great to work with, very responsive, and made sure we had what we needed for a great experience. 10/10 would definitely recommend and we will definitely be back at some point in the future!

We had a fantastic stay here to celebrate my birthday! Jake really focused on the details and had a “happy birthday” inflatable in the front yard upon arrival! He greeted us right away and gave us a tour of the house. It felt very welcoming! The pool, fire pit, outdoor bar were the highlights of the stay. We will definitely book again!

Jake thank you very much for letting us stay at your beautiful airbnb. I love the Sound system and the cute bar grill, and of course the pool. I especially loved the lights at night. I would absolutely stay at jakes silver palm bungalow again it was beautiful , the pool was amazing , I loved the bar and the fire pit the house is so clean and jake is a great host ! Thank you again jake for hosting our family and we made great memories it was worth every penny and I would do it again 10/10 recommend

I don't know where to start with this ⭐️10 star⭐️ review. Jake actually called to welcome me the day I reserved his home. I've never had a host do that before! We we're visiting for Jeep Beach and Jake was so accommodating by allowing us access to the garage to store our doors/windows. He even had a giant blow up Duck in the front yard to greet us! 😄 The house was beautiful and had everything we needed. The pool was perfect to come back to and relax in after riding and walking around in the heat all day. Our fur babies loved chasing the lizards all around the backyard so that kept them busy too, lol. Jake, we can't thank you enough for all you did, from your pizza recommendations to allowing us to check out later if we needed too. You are the best Host in the history of Airbnb and we look forward to visiting Silver Palm Bungalow again!! ❤️

Jake’s place was better than described. We cooked Easter dinner and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed! The backyard was beautiful and had lots of fun things to do for the kids. The location was great, it was very close to everything. Neighbors were very friendly. I really enjoyed the check in time, it was earlier than most places and check out was later than most places which gave us more time to spend with family. We will definitely be staying again the next time we are in town. And Jake reached out before and after the stay which I thought was very accommodating.

Jake's property is a fantastic place! We enjoyed the privacy and all the amenities that it had to offer. We spent a lot of our time in the backyard, and in the pool. We had never been to this area of Florida. It was very easy to use Jake's property as the home base for our travels in many different directions. Jake had given us many ideas of things to do and see in the area. We will definitely stay there again. This is the best vacation rental I have ever stayed at!
